Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any applicable tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality for all of our customers, certain items cannot be returned:
- Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Clearance or final sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Apple Pay, or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take several business days for the refund to officially post to your account. If it has been a few days and you haven’t received it yet:
- Check your bank account one more time.
- Contact your credit card company or bank to check on pending transactions.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the exact same product, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the defect, and mail your item to the address below.
Shipping your return
To return your product, please contact [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you are returning items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
